Return Policy


We offer a complete refund of the purchase price of a Tatjacket brand product that you purchased directly from TatJacket.Refunds credited to your credit card account are available if your return is received at our office within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, contact us at customerservice@tatjacket.com or by telephone at (800) 492-6959, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST so we can fix the problem or arrange for your refund.

Items received at our office within 30 days will receive a refund.

Items received within 31 to 60 days will receive a store credit code via email. That code may be used toward the purchase of any item(s) on Tatjacket.com

Items received at our office after 60 days will not be processed. The item will be discarded.

Items received without the shipper obtaining an RA number will not be processed.

TatJacket products are also sold at other retail locations and through other catalog and internet companies. If you purchased the product from one of these retailers, please return it through the retailer. If you have any trouble doing this, contact us directly by phone or email and we will make it right.

An exchange of a Tatjacket brand product for another Tatjacket brand product can be made by contacting Customer Service and shipping back the item within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ** Sorry but due to Customs and shipping issues, International orders of any of our products may not be exchanged or returned.


Items that may not be exchanged or returned include:

Tattoo Goo brand products

Headblade brand liquid products, razors or blades that have been used or where the package has been opened.

Open packages of temporary tattoos if any tattoos have been used.

Refunds will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the product that you return. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your returned package here at our office. Once we issue a credit to your account, your bank can take from 1 to 3 full billing cycles to post the credit to your account. We have no control over that phase of the refund process.

Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an item sent to you in error, a defective item, or an order damaged in shipping. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.

If you believe you qualify and would like us to refund your purchase and/or pay for return shipping, you must email or call us before attempting to return the product. COD shipments will not be accepted.


Please ship back the items you want to return or exchange. For the return of fabric sleeves, they should be clean, sale-able and folded neatly in the original packaging. Include a copy of your sales receipt and fill out the return form posted at the bottom. It is very important that you get a tracking number for your package. Once it arrives here, we will take care of it. Original shipping and the return shipping cost is not refundable.
