Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to any address in the United States and internationally, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes.

Shipping Methods

Our goal is to offer our tattoo cover / uv protective clothing and other tattoo related products to you in the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. For this reason, we only offer shipping through the US Postal Service. All other methods increase our cost, and therefore your price, significantly.

Shipping Location

We fulfill orders from the base location of our business in Thousand Oaks, California.

Shipment Delivery Time

Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select. We offer USPS Standard or USPS Priority shipping. Priority shipping will generally be faster by 1 to 2 days depending on the area of the country where you live.

Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will generally be shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. Your shipping price includes an electronic tracking feature. Your tracking number will be presented to you via email to the email address that you provide. Plug the tracking number into the USPS website to find out where your package is in the shipping process. If shipment of your order is delayed, TatJacket.com will notify you by email.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering. There are no “Handling” charges.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

Orders leave our company in perfect condition. We use a soft envelope for shipping small orders. This helps us keep your shipping cost down. The Tatjacket clamshell package may become compressed during shipping but this will not damage or otherwise affect your Tatjacket product. If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service or email customerservice@tatjacket.com to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

Refunds and Return Policy

We offer a complete refund of the purchase price of a Tatjacket brand product that you purchased directly from TatJacket. Refunds are available up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, contact us at customerservice@tatjacket.com or by telephone at 1(800) 492-6959, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST so we can fix the problem or arrange for your refund. TatJacket is also sold at other retail locations and through other catalog and internet companies. If you purchased the product from one of these retailers, please return it through the retailer. If you have any trouble doing this, contact us directly by phone or email and we will make it right.

An exchange of a Tatjacket brand product for another Tatjacket brand product can be made by contacting Customer Service within 60 days from the date of your purchase. International orders of any of our products may not be exchanged or returned.

Items that may not be exchanged or returned include Tattoo Goo products, Ferbs make-up products, Headblade liquid products, open packages of temporary tattoos if any tattoos have been used.

Refunds will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the product that you return. Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an item sent to you in error, a defective item, or an order damaged in shipping. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. If you believe you qualify and would like us to refund your purchase and/or pay for return shipping, you must email or call us before attempting to return the product. COD shipments will not be accepted.

 

Sales Tax

Orders being shipped to California destinations will be charged the current sales tax rate.
